2. All of the goods on this website are offered by Naio UK, which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
3. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
4. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will take effect from the date posted on the website.
2.0 Prices and Promotions
1. Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order, or continue with the order at the correct price.
2. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

4.0 Ordering

2. The Email will contain the Gift Voucher Number this number can be copied and pasted into the "GIFT CERTIFICTE NUMBER" Box in the checkout (Ordering Step 2 - Payment Details).
3. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. Any remaining credit is not lost and can be used for future purchases.
5.8 Attempting Payment Again
1. By Card Online: If you decide you wish to pay for your order by card online, logging into your Naio UK account using your email address and your password and clicking "ORDER HISTORY" then selecting "VIEW ORDER DETAILS" for the order you wish to pay for and enter the details as instructed.

6.0 Stock Availability
1. For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the website. If you order goods, which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

1. All products should be returned because of cancellation must be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

12.0 Refunds
*Your order or returned item/s will be marked as cancelled, when we receive your returned item/s.
1. If you cancel your order in full before the order is dispatched we will refund you in full including any postage paid.
2. If you cancel your order in full after the order is dispatched we will refund you in full, any delivery costs we have incurred will not be refundable.
3. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the normal shipping charge (based upon the weight of the item/s cancelled, as if sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Packet Recorded Delivery).
12.1 Method of Payment
1. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
2. If you paid by gift certificate, your refund will be made in the form of a gift certificate and emailed to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
3. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
13.0 Free gifts, gift vouchers and discounted items
1. Free gifts which you would no longer be entitled due to the return of the order, must be returned or they will be charged at the regular retail price,
2. Gift Vouchers which you would no longer be entitled due to the return of the order, if unused will be cancelled, if already used deducted from the order total.
3. Item discounts which you would no longer be entitled due to the return of the order must be returned and refunded for the price paid in unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition, or they will be charged at the regular retail price and the outstanding balance deducted from the returned order total.

6.0 Stock Availability
1. For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the website. If you order goods, which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
2. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when goods you have ordered have been despatched to you.
7.0 Legal compliance

This approval will only be given by email and the item/s must be returned within 7 working days of the approval email being sent to you. 2. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

12.0 Refunds
*Your order or returned item/s will be marked as cancelled, when we receive your returned item/s.
1. If you cancel your order in full before the order is dispatched we will refund you in full including any postage paid.
2. If you cancel your order in full after the order is dispatched we will refund you in full, any delivery costs we have incurred will not be refundable.
3. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the normal shipping charge (based upon the weight of the item/s cancelled, as if sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Packet Recorded Delivery).
12.1 Method of Payment
1. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
2. If you paid by gift certificate, your refund will be made in the form of a gift certificate and emailed to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
3. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.

1. Free gifts which you would no longer be entitled due to the return of the order, must be returned or they will be charged at the regular retail price,
