ORDERING
Order by adding your item(s) to the online shopping cart, after you have added the required item(s), click on shopping basket and check that everything is correct. Once you are happy with your order, click on the checkout page near the top righthand corner of the screen and follow the ONLINE or OFFLINE instructions Below.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER ONLINE
At checkout stage, fill in the shipping details making sure to complete all the required fields and submit it to our secure online payments gateway using your credit or debit card. All online orders must be pre-paid by credit card. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER OFFLINE
If you would prefer to order by post or fax using a cheque (Cheques* - Please write address and telephone number on the reverse. Goods will not be dispatched until payment clears) postal order or credit/debit card, then once you reach the Checkout stage, an option will appear to print out your order, The remaining details (name, address method of payment etc.) can then be added by hand, and the order posted to us.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER:

Credit or debit card:
Most Credit or Debit Cards accepted (except American Express).

Postal orders: Please write address and telephone number on the reverse. Goods will be dispatched on receipt.

Cheques: Please write address and telephone number on the reverse. Goods will not be dispatched until cheque payment clears.

Gift Voucher/s
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. Any remaining credit is not lost and can be used for future purchases.
