In this one we're going to do a 3D bow using white and a navy blue. So again, you're going to dip into two colours, take the liquid out of the back of the bead and place the bead on. We can do both sides a the same time because they're not actually going to be touching each other. So, two colours, liquid out the back, place the bead on. Let those beads set a little bit until they get to a matte consistency and drain the liquid out of your brush,. Testing your bead to see if it's ready. You're going to press it out as if you were doing a petal and then you're going to push those side walls back in. So the back goes out and the centre of the bow goes in. Same on the other side.
Then for the ribbons you're going to pick up your two colours again. Take the liquid out, place it on the nail and straight away start dragging that acrylic down. Then using the side of your brush to press that acrylic from either side to make it thinner. Then you're going to put a little bit of shape into those ribbons so they're not straight, then again for the other side. Then the centre of the bow, again, two colours, taking the liquid out, place it on, let it set for a little bit, bring your brush back to a nice point. What you're going to do is press your brush into the side of the centre bow, so you're almost creating a hole in there, so it looks like that that piece of ribbon is folding over. Keep doing that from both sides until it stays and that's your bow done. [Read less]
