For this nail we're going to do the very popular animal print. We're going to use a variety of different colours to create the base and then we're going to do the animal print with the black paint on top. This nail's already been primed and prepped and it's got it's form on so if you're not sure about that then take a look back at those videos now, We're going to start by extending the nail bed using our cover pink again, remember to take the liquid out the back off the bead so that you get a nice strong colour. Now, I want the smile line to be more of a triangle shape than a rounded smile line so as that acrylic's setting, I'm pressing it into shape. Next bead of cover pink I'm using is a blending bead so I don't take the liquid out. So, to create the free edge we're using a variety of different browns just placing them on quite random, and this is just going to make up the base of our design. We're going to cap this whole nail now in pink. This nail's now ready to pinch place your pinching tool on then let go. We're going to have to take this off in a few seconds and pinch the free edge and then pop our pinching tool back on. Leave it there for a few minutes. Take the pinching tool off now and take the form off and this nail's ready to file. We're going to finish this nail off with some hand painting to make your animal print.
So give your nail a white block before you get to that point so the area's nice and smooth. Get rid of your dust. Now, we're going to do a mixture of zebra print and leopard print. So, using your black paint. Your zebra print is going to go on your darker areas of nail so place your brush on and then come up to a point and then your leopard print is going to go on your lighter area of nail. All you're doing is drawing a little comma shape with the tip of your brush going in different directions And then fill any gaps in with some little dots. Let that paint dry and then this nail's ready for a gel top coat. Get your client to place their finger into the lamp for two minutes. That gel top coat is now set and we just finish off with a little bit of cuticle oil, that's the stiletto animal print done.
